PW Heating and Plumbing Service Plan Terms and Conditions Thank you for choosing PW Heating and Plumbing for your heating and plumbing needs. By enrolling in our Service Plan, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully. 1. Service Plan Overview •The Service Plan includes one (1) annual service of your natural gas boiler, performed by a qualified PW Heating and Plumbing technician. •The service includes a standard inspection, cleaning, and basic maintenance to ensure the boiler operates safely and efficiently. •Additional repairs, parts, or services beyond the standard annual service are not included in the Service Plan unless explicitly stated. 2. Eligibility •The Plan is available to residential customers with a natural gas boiler installed at their primary residence. •The boiler must be in good working condition at the time of enrolment, as determined by a PW Heating and Plumbing technician. •PW Heating and Plumbing reserves the right to refuse enrolment if the boiler is deemed unsafe, outdated, or in need of significant repair. 3. Term and Renewal •The Service Plan operates on an annual basis, beginning on the date of enrolment and payment. You cannot cancel the contract before the renewal date. •The Service Plan will automatically renew each year unless cancelled by either party with at least 30 days' written notice prior to the renewal date. 4. Scheduling and Access •PW Heating and Plumbing will contact you to schedule the annual boiler service at a mutually convenient time. •You must provide safe and reasonable access to the boiler and surrounding area for our technician to perform the service. •If we are unable to access the property due to customer unavailability or unsafe conditions, the service may be rescheduled at our discretion, but no refund will be provided for missed appointments. 5. Payment •The Monthly fee for the Plan is due in full upon enrolment and then the 28th of each month thereafter. •Payment can be made via Direct Debit, credit/debit card, bank transfer. •Failure to pay the fee will result in suspension or termination of the Plan. 6. Scope of Service •The annual boiler service includes: oInspection of the natural gas boiler for safety and performance. oCleaning of accessible components. oTesting of boiler operation and safety components. oA paper certificate confirming appliance service will be left. •The following are excluded unless otherwise agreed in writing: oRepairs or replacement of parts. oEmergency call-outs or services outside the scheduled annual visit. oIssues caused by misuse, neglect, or external factors (e.g., power surges, flooding). 7. Customer Responsibilities •You agree to maintain the boiler in a safe condition and report any issues promptly to PW Heating and Plumbing. •You are responsible for any additional costs arising from repairs, parts, or services not covered by the Service Plan. •You must notify us of any changes to your contact information or property ownership. 8. Cancellations and Refunds •You may cancel the Plan at any time by providing written notice to PW Heating and Plumbing. You will be required to pay the outstanding amount in full of your contract. •If cancelled within 14 days of enrolment and no service has been performed, a full refund will be issued. After 14 days or once the annual service has been completed, no refunds will be provided. •PW Heating and Plumbing may cancel the Service Plan if you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions or for any other reasonable cause, with notice provided where practicable. 9. Limitation of Liability •PW Heating and Plumbing will perform services with reasonable care and skill but is not liable for pre-existing faults, wear and tear, or issues beyond our control. •Our liability is limited to the cost of the Plan fee paid by you in the current term. •We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (e.g., property damage or loss of use) arising from boiler failure or service delays. 10. Force Majeure •PW Heating and Plumbing is not liable for delays or failure to perform services due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, strikes, or supply shortages. 11. Changes to Terms •PW Heating and Plumbing reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
